By hand, every time.  This service includes a guarantee that all gutters and downspouts are working from the roof to the ground. It does not include underground clogs unless specifically mentioned. All debris from gutter cleaning is removed from gutters and the property. 
Note: Gutters that have protection installed on them may require additional costs and time to clean properly. Please notify me if your gutters have protection installed so I can give you appropriate pricing.
